Pellet Packing Machine for Biomass Pellet Mill

After cooling, the biomass pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process.To avoid the biomass pellet affected by dampness, the biomass pellet packing process is necessary. In this process, we pack the pellet mill using our domestic best Semi-Auto Pellet Packing Machine.

This semi-automatic pellet packing machine is composed by weighting system, conveying system, packing system and intelligent controller.

The package specification is 10-50kg per bag (22.065-110.231lbs).

For pellet productivity larger than 5ton/h, the fully automatic packing machine is suggested to use.
It is used for the quantitative packing of wood pellets. the opetional capacity is 150-250 bags per hour.

Generally, most clients need one small scale pellet packing machine with auto sealing packing machine and/or one large scale pellet packing machine with semi-auto packing machine. The weight range can be decided by our clients.

1. Small scale pellet packing machine for biomass pellet mill:
Weight range: 5-25kgs per bag

This is a automatic biomass pellet packing machine. It is composed of quantitative packing electronic scale, hammering machine and conveyor heat-sealing machine. The quantitative packing electronic scale includes feeding part, filling part and weighing control meter systems.

This DCZ Automatic pellet packing machine belt feeder type with single weigher hopper provides a complete bagging and packing arrangement, available in a range of sizes; handling 5 - 25 kg bags at up to 500 bags per hour. High accuracy with weighing precision: static + 0.1%, dynamic + 0.2%. The pellet packing machine comes complete with a feeder, hopper, scale, sewing machine and bag conveyor. Bag weights are adjustable and can be preset. In continuous operation, the weights of individual fill and cumulative fill are recorded and shown on the digital display.

2. Large scale pellet packing machine for biomass pellet mill
This is semi-automatic scale pellet packing machine, which needs to put the bag under pellet packing machine by worker, but material filling, weighing, and transporting are all automaticlly done. High accuracy with weighing precision: static + 0.1%, dynamic + 0.2%. This pellet packing machine works with auto-runs carter to transfer packed matierl from packing place to strage place.
