Fruit Peeling and Extracting Machine Working Principle

When the fruit is selected and washed, it is put into the top of the machine. There are two rolls at the bottom of the hopper, relatively rolling to send the fruits to the half knife. The knife cuts the fruit into half, and the pulp and fruit peel are separated by the scraper. The fruit is extracted out about 36% juice by the sieve plate. Then, the juice flows to the pulping machine to be extracted again and the fruit peel is discharged to the door of the machine by the conveyor.
