How to Design Pellet Mill Plans

Our company has designed many pellet mill plans around the world, including  Europe, North America, and southeast Asia etc.

This pellet mill plan composes of the workstage like wood chipping, grinding, drying, pelleting, cooling, sieving, dust collecting, packing ect., with consecutive and reasonable process routing, every standalone machine are of high performance. The pellet mill plan can use raw materials such as sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips or wood logs, any wood wastes or biomass. The pellet mill plan mainly processes are: Wood crushing (if the raw material is not already granulated), material sifter, drying (if the raw material contains too much moisture), pelletizing, cooling and bagging. The whole process is highly automatically controlled.

The following is a simple diagram of our pellet mill plan, it produces with a granular size of approx. 4 mm and a residual moisture content of approx. 15 % is required. It is compact structure, small occupation, low consumption and high efficiency. Our pellet mill plans are from 1 metric ton per hour to 6 metric ton per hour, however the pellet mill plans can be designed and manufactured in accordance to the demands of the clients, and installation will be carried out and guided by professional technician.
