Series of large scale oil press
These oil presses are with big capacity which mostly use in middle-large scale oil plant. They can be divided into two kinds: One is hot pressing, which includes steam cooker and oil press. The steam cooker is used for oilseeds pretreatment before pressing. The other is the cold pressing. The advantage of this kind of machine is lower temperature when press the seeds. It is about 80 degree, which can protect the nutrition element in the oil.
They are charactered by following: high oil output, low oil residual, strong structure, good performance and continuous operation. |

Series of integrated scale oil press
The integrated oil press is an advanced model from the screw oil press.They include press, motor, vacuum filter, heater and electric control cabinet. The function of the oil filter is used to get rid of impurity in the oil. Then the clean oil can use for biodiesel or edible.
This integrated oil press also can be designed to C series. The difference betweem them is the electrical fryer in C series press. The fryer is helpful for the higher oil output. This type oil press is very popular in individual and small oil plant.
